Meet the Team

Musa Kopwe

Musa is a graduate in BA Ed, MBA (HR Management), Dip in Law from the famous University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania; Dip in International Business Law, Asser Institute, The Hague, The Netherlands, is enthusiastic mountain climber and Mt. Kilimanjaro specialist. He first climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 1997 and since then he ensured that he has at least one climb on every year. He has managed Mount Kilimanjaro Operations since 2001.

Roy Hinde

Roy is currently based in London after more than 20 years of living in Tanzania. He knows Tanzania and East and Central Africa very well. He promotes Wild Climbs in UK.

Mary Kweka

Mary is our sales consultant. She knows Mt. Kilimanjaro very well and has adequate experience in advising what else a client could add up before or after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Anthony Kessy

Anthony is our Chief Guide. He was born in Marangu where the Head Quarters for Kilimanjaro National Park is. He started to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro as a porter in 1982 and later became a guide in 1994. He has lead guided clients on Kilimanjaro over a hundred times.

Crew

The crew consist of Assistant Guides, Cooks, porters and drivers. Most of them were born and lived on the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Their experience range from two to twenty five years.
